The Maryland State Climatologist Office is a public service entity that has affiliations with the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. It is the home of the Acting Maryland State Climatologist,Dr. Konstantin Vinnikov, and the Assistant Maryland State Climatologist, Mr. Phillip Stratton.
